Pole Building Living Spaces

JCS Construction specializes in creating amazing living spaces within Pole Barns and Pole Buildings. We also create accessory dwelling units (ADU) within pole bars. The process starts by upgrading a lot of the structure where the living space will be, so that it exceeds buildings codes etc. We work closely with clients to create the layout and features they need. Often the space is used for entertaining such as birthday parties, sports games, fight nights, poker night and just hanging out with friends.

ADU spaces can have stained and polished concrete floors, knotty pine clear finished wainscoting with chair rail. We often install can lighting throughout to create a bright, warm rustic feel. Many of Pole Barn Living spaces included a quaint bedroom with closet and a full bathroom with laundry. We’ll create a completed with a large fully operational kitchen and pantry. The kitchen can include custom cabinets finished with smooth concrete counter top and a one of a kind kitchen island.
